Description
We are looking for an Orthodontist to join our team. Experienced, or a Fresh Graduate.
Do you want to focus on patient care? Do you want to have the time to treat your patients in the way you see best, not worrying about the headache of running your own business? What about not worrying about quotas and being hounded to see more and more patients? Are you tired of the competition that fosters a negative environment between providers? Do you want to know that you have a collaborative team of general dentists and other specialists behind you? We need to talk.
The Peter Christensen Dental Clinic is a modern 35,000 square foot facility equiped with digital radiography including cone beam CT and digital patient records for general dental and orthodontic (Ortho2) infomation systems that is ready for an Orthodontist to provide high quality care in a dedicated 6 chair orthodontic department. We are looking for a replacement for our current provider who is interested in retiring after 10 years with our practice. The Peter Christensen Clinic is focused on excellence of patient care, we are not purely numbers driven. This is not a dental mill operation. We take quality dental care seriously and focus on that over quantity of bodies going through the system. The typical day would have ~30 patients a day.
Located in beautiful Northern Wisconsin, in a year-round vacation land, we are away from the craziness of the bigger cities, on the Lac du Flambeau Reservation. An easy 15 minute commute from the Minocqua (Min-ock-wah)/Woodruff area and just 40 minutes to RHI or an hour from CWA for air travel or a 60 minute drive to Wausau. There are numerous lakes in the area allowing for outdoor activities at your doorstep: boating and water skiing, canoeing and kayaking, cycling, hunting and fishing, hiking, ATV, water sports, winter sports, seasonal festivals, community activities, or just get away from it all. It's your choice.
We would prefer a full time position, but would consider a part time position.
