Dr Bart Weis of Charlottesville Orthodontics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated, experienced Lead Orthodontist to add to their thriving practices for 4 days a week in three convenient locations including Downtown Charlottesville, Hollymead, and Spring Creek. Seeking a candidate who is proficient in orthodontics, assertive, competitive, and an achievement-oriented leader. This role is for someone who is passionate about helping a successful practice grow to new heights and transition to a LEAD orthodontist within the first year. If you're someone who is driven, can be flexible to providing access of care to patients and wants to make a significant impact, this opportunity is for you.

Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience with a growth mindset to a leadership role within the first year
Full-time opportunity (4 days per week)
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program
Certificate of completion of residency from an accredited postgraduate Orthodontic program
Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state of Viriginia
